Here is our 3 filter under bench unit, filter 1; is a 5 micron Sediment filter to remove sand, silt, Dirt, and Rust. Filter 2; is a Carbon filter to remove Bad tastes, Odor, Chloride, Corrosion, Pesticides and colorants. Filter 3 is a final clean up 1 Micron sediment filter to remove sand, silt, Dirt, Rust Particles and microscopic parasite such as Giardia.

Includes Quality Bench tap, 2.5mt of water hose & connectors needed for installation.

Carbon filtering is a method of filtering that uses a piece of activated carbon to remove contaminants and impurities, utilizing chemical adsorption.

Filter cartridge is made of food grade ABS plastic housing inside with granular carbon filter media Granulated Carbon (GAC) has long been utilized to reduce impurities in potable water. It is widely recognized for its adsorption capacity plus its ability to remove organics and chemicals such as chlorine from city water. These and other impurities can cause undesirable taste, odor and colour in water, unpleasant Taste and Smells.

The inlet and outlets are 1/4" these are fully sealed cartridges very easy to replace once its life has run.

Depending on your volume of water used through the filter to how long before replacement cartridges are needed, we suggest as a rule replacement of cartridges 6-12 months
